For this week's #Sharemondays2025 entry I have attempted a multiple exposure in the style of Pep Ventosa. I feel it leaves a lot to be desired...but it was fun to do!

An in camera multiple exposure of an old water storage tank in a disused quarry. Local graffiti artist's work is on display on the riveted shell of tank.

Th Kife Angel, a thoughtful reflection on the lives of many of our young people who feel compelled to carry these weapons. #Sharemondays2025

The Knife Angel is a statue fabricated using knives handed in during the knife amnesty administered by the police. Some 100,000 knives were used to create the statue by sculptor Alfie Bradley which stands approximately 8m tall. The statue is touring the country and is currently in Welwyn Garden City until the end of the month. As impressive as it is, it remains a sad reflection on today's society.

One from a moody morning on the coast for this week's #sharemondays2025.

The photograph depicts a moody morning at Balintoy Harbour in Northern Ireland. The sea sweeps in between the black rock of the cliff face and the vibrant sand on the beach.

Sunrise at Higger Tor is this week's entry for #Sharemondays2025

Sunrise in the Peak District at Higger Tor. In the distance you can just make out Mother Cap and Over Owler Tor bathed invearly morning light. In the foreground there is a mixture of heather and ferns.
