ULTRAMARINE BLUE is a pigment derived from the lapis lazuli stone. Though lapis lazuli on its own is relatively inexpensive compared to other more precious materials, the laborious process of producing ultramine is what contributes to its high price point. Luckily for the country of Ellandrea, we have our own natural source of lapis lazuli from mines managed by the Dhukan tieflings that travel thoughout the Vrokors highlands. This bodes well for one Yotul Shalur, Ellandrea's new rising star in the fashion world. His latest collection revolves around the incorporation of ultramine blue, with the centerpiece being a luxurious gown and headpiece debuted by his husband at the Oesti Gala.
