Customers use a transaction ID(in this case a serial number generated by the sales platform) to access and download the adult content packs.

This method could probably be adapted to games. Or that's what I plan on doing eventually.

I've been using this idea for my avatars for a while now, it seems to be working, but it might only be because I haven't been discovered yet.

I offer all my NSFW stuff as DLC from sites/locations outside of the sales platform. Files hosted on the sales platform are all SFW.
