Noting that the photo on the left is ICE pepper-spraying the same minister who they also shot in the forehead on a separate occasion with a pepperball, so it's decidedly not an accident and empirical proof that they're going after people who aren't violent or threatening.

Once that happens, I hope she starts carrying a copy of the oath of office, the certified election results and a bible with her and shadowing his appearances. Pick a good one with a lot of press, ambush him and ask why he's protecting Epstein's collaborators.

My understanding is that the Arizona Secretary of State can't certify her until tomorrow (there's a mandated waiting period under AZ state law) and, at one point, Republicans said they were going to wait for that. Petty, but legally valid.

Additionally, they don't need to be in session to swear in Adelita Grijalva and the ONLY thing where she would be a deciding vote would be the discharge petition. No other reason to delay.

Just thinking that the advice around passports has always been to keep in in a safe place and only carry it when traveling internationally because it's such a hassle if it gets lost or stolen, and I'd imagine it's the same for immigration documents.

The truth is, a lot of these guys are bullies who peaked in high school and it's got to be causing to see the kind of people they once dominated showing up and fearlessly dancing it out in a unicorn getup, and it makes them look REALLY ridiculous on TV.

Portland is absolutely demoralizing ICE -- they go out masked up, armed to the teeth and it's against a bunch of ukelele-playing grannies and a dance party full of inflatable woodland creatures. I'm convinced they're one sick, 8-minute Dancing on my Own remix away from packing it all in.

True, but the standard is short blasts for “spotted them” and long blasts for “they’re detaining someone” — it’s easy to remember and no reason to over complicate things.

Pro tip to the remaining soldiers: Hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, pizza puffs and deep dish are absolutely delicious and if you really get on it and eat a lot of them, you might put on enough weight to be sent home where everyone doesn't resent your existence.

I like what Stephanopolous did here, though. Kept asking the same question, let Vance offer up the weak defense that we hate Homan because he's enforcing the law, kept at it and finally ended the interview on a note of disgust.
