All the complaining I've been doing about dangerous driving and today I came super close to getting hit when some idiot blasts through the red light on Paca at Mulberry. They swerved to miss me and almost took out a guy standing on the corner. We got real lucky. Had a pregnant woman in my car too.

Did you know that the mayor has near total control over the Baltimore Police? The chief serves at his pleasure. The mayor is the chiefs boss. And the council has total control over the budget. I always find that interesting when cops behave badly and the politicians act like they have no control.
