Have been helping my friends kid with her Halloween Jurassic World decor vision. Just finished making her 3D raptor heads (she is using foam clay to sculpt on top).

If you ever go cheer on a marathon, I highly suggest bringing boxes of tissues. You don't know how close a runner will come to crying over the fact they can blow their nose.

Happy Chicago Marathon Day to those who celebrate!

Just got home from cheering at mile 16. Handing out snacks and tissues and encouraging vibes. Stayed for the most back of the pack runners who are pushing to the end.

I hope everyone was proud of themselves no matter who off plan their race went!

I think what's impressive about TRON is that, visually, it's still so much more interesting than any of it's sequels. It's crazy that they tried update this digital world by making it as 'realistically rendered' as possible. It's a complete misunderstanding of the original's charm.

i'm watching in real time across facebook groups, texts from family and updates from SSIP as HSI posts up in my hometown and the areas where i grew up in the southwest suburbs, which have a large immigrant population. people are disappearing off the street and there is legitimately minimal coverage.
