Ready for the next radiology revelation. If there was an MRI — THERE IS A REPORT! Your doc doesn't read an MRI, they read a radiologist's report. Every clinical image is interpreted by an MD specialized in imaging. This gets into HIPAA and legal grey area, but I'd FOIA the fuk out of those records.

I see MRI is a popular topic. As someone who works in radiology research, some of the most common reasons an 80yr old needs an MRI are to diagnose cancer, cardiac issues, or dementia.

Since my therapist insisted I call her tonight, a festive midterm season update for all:

I took an exam. 3 PDE math problems. 3 hours. I did not "ace" it but it's possible I see an 80. Confident there is one complete and correct solution. I can do better.

I have a midterm next week and can't look at a math problem without thinking about the black women working at NASA in the 60s who did all this math by hand. I know a few a holes whitewashed history so you might not see this at the Smithsonian but it happened.

The interns are all high school students. We had a Sat huddle and I gave them some improvement ideas. NGL I'm psyched to see the next game though. One of my fav interns made his own little game engine and smart opponent.

For a few days I've had my hands on a practice exam for this grad school applied mathematics class. There are some problems with no solutions. In those cases, they turn into an essay where we have to explain theorems. Our exam is a few weeks out and we are so cooked.
