I go through a metal detector and a bag search every time I go to synagogue with my family, if anyone was wondering about the state of the world.

Tonight’s #31DaysOfHorror: Dracula (1931). It’s in Spanish and got filmed on the exact same sets as the English language version but at night.

A mom in Houston reported her 15-year-old son with autism missing. She spent 6 days terrified, searching for him. The whole time, Houston police knew exactly where he was since they helped ICE place him in a refugee facility.

This is beyond cruel.

I’ve seen some accuse those who protested for a ceasefire as being disingenuous by not celebrating this one so for @forward.com I wrote about the difference between relief and joy and what the ceasefire can’t do

forward.com/opinion/7754...
I know exactly why leftists aren't celebrating this ceasefire
Why not celebrate the ceasefire? Because, while it's a relief, it won't undo all the suffering and death of the past two years.

ProPublica obtained records from the Department of Agriculture that detail the 94 million pounds of food, down to the number of eggs, that never reached food banks because of the #Trump administration’s cuts to The Emergency Food Assistance Program.

My latest video for @propublica.org.

This is probably one of the smaller injustices of the occupation but it is one that hits me pretty close to home. It is not easy to imagine not being allowed to celebrate right now.

I also want to highlight that my Israeli family are allowed to celebrate today, but many Palestinian families are not. Not because they are not overjoyed to have family members back in the prisoner exchange, but because the Israeli government has decided that doing so is “supporting terror.”

I feel lucky we got his body back, at least. It looks like many people won’t even get that.

I am so glad for the return of the remaining living hostages. I wish my uncle had been among them.

I would absolutely just dress the skeleton seasonally instead of putting it away.

None of us have yards — Urban density is wonderful except when you want somewhere to put a 12 foot skeleton.

I don’t think anyone coming at me hard about this actually disagrees with me. That’s what I find frustrating. People just don’t like that I was polite.

I think Bari Weiss is not a journalist and FP produces a large volume of opinion slop designed to coddle people who do not want to be confronted or challenged on any of their existing beliefs and opinions. She is wildly unqualified to lead CBS News.

I think it is bad for people to consume that kind of content, let alone create it — It pickles your brain to only hear what you want to hear.

It’s always funny getting yelled at by people I essentially agree with because they don’t like my tone and/or didn’t really read what I said.
