Looks like your Switch's display settings might be set to a slightly smaller aspect ratio than 100% leading to that black border, mine was like that for a while to fit a hotel TV and I never noticed

I very often send things back, especially for the purpose of ribbons. This Paldea origin Scizor gets the ribbons from all the Switch games but a Z-A Scizor within the same generation is completely cut off

Their argument was that they had never heard anyone call them mainline and that they were part of the "Pokemon Legends" series, you know that thing that The Pokemon Company explicitly asked media to not use as a term
