Tried to emulate more of a Weird Tales'y horror cover with this one, with Ruki and Amaro in some jungle peril predicament.

I am EXTREMELY proud of this one.

A comic book cover in the style of pulp adventure comics, featuring Ruki & Amaro, bound and gagged, in the foreground, being grappled in the tendrils of a vast purple beast.

Behind them, a colossal, beaked head rears into the sky, Ryla holding its maw open, one of her tendrils barely keeping Nari from sliding down its throat.

Behind them looms another purple monster, revealing them both to be specimens of the aerial predators described in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "The Horror Of The Heights", and that this struggle is taking place thousands of feet in the air.

Further behind, Kyra and Makinti are being grappled by more tendrils, while Acacia, having broken free, levitates in the air, firing a violet beam through one of the tendrils, severing it.

In the distance, a biplane speeds away, a body barely visible flying from it, revealing the victims to have been tossed from it in mid-flight.

The text reads: "Join the Wander Society & Expedicion Frontera in: HORROR IN THE HEIGHTS"
