Heard about this earlier, and my jaw didn’t drop. You know who else isn’t surprised? Pretty much every Republican.

As someone who’s been a frequent target, none of this shocks me. I don’t expect real consequences from the right because I doubt today is the first day they heard about it.

I’m just an ordinary American who grew up in the Midwest..cattle and corn country. We told them months ago this will be devastating for farmers. The taxpayers will pick up the tab. Not just for the farmers who have a history with their dirt but those big corporations that manage the land.

Update: After WGN-TV producer Debbie Brockman was thrown to the ground, arrested by ICE, and accused of throwing objects at them, she was released without charges. It's all about intimidation, and Brockman did not relent. Thanks for being brave!
