My favorite Huell Howser video is still his trip to the US-Mexico border, where you see a street vendor drop his wares and run across while Huell has the border patrol is distracted by Huell jumping back and forth across the border.
These were the alt arts in my boxes.
My mom turned half her backyard into a hobby farm with veggies and chickens. She gets enough eggs most of the year to make breakfast, or occasionally trade when egg prices are high, and enough veggies to make pasta sauce for the year. Not enough to live off.
That shallow icon squishing is exponentially more than you got out of games when prices stopped going up.
At where I work, if you hit the vacation hour cap, and have nothing scheduled, HR dms you, and lets you know that you are taking the next week off. This camping in the office to work stuff is insane.
I keep thinking back to the Adam Driver SNL sketch, where he plays a white supremacist from Boston, and convinces neo-confederates that the white paradise they want is just Vermont. Fucking New England.

I believe the point is that gamers are probably getting more content and value out of their games than ever before despite prices not changing. Being mad that dlc exists does not equal short changing.
Same if you do any sort of table top war gaming.
They are in whatever position Lalah's newtype force ghost guides them to be in that day/night.
You know, in my field, we regularly get told, "If she is out of your league, speaks multiple languages, and wants to hear every detail of our work day, she is a spy," but it keeps working like clockwork.
Yeah, Sakharov's memiors make it perfectly clear that the contributions of most of the atom spies were useless. The only one he credits has having real impact was Klaus Fuchs.
My take, after being in a similar position, is that it can do a lot for mature code bases, if you want to replicate functionality from one product or service to another. If you are making anything from scratch, its like being sadled with a jr. dev who won't listen to instructions.
It says something that by unicorn, she is still on board as one of Bright's personal spies along with Kai.
It scares me by threatening a Frozen Teardrop adaptation. You might want that less than a For the Barrell adaptation. The new designs look peak, but the plot is entirely from the one guy the rest of the writer's room shouted down. Clones, secret twins, and character assassination everywhere.
I suspect it has to do with some llm outsourcing. Whoever my credit union outsources their fraud detection to, flags me anytime I spend money in a mobile game, then buy gas for my car. Same for depositing cash, then making a purchase at a certain card shop. No one can tell me why, or how to stop it.
I think the answer is crypto currency.
G no Reconquista's ed should be in the running, but the suits were too cowardly to run a Tobe! Gundam inspired OP, and made it the ed.
I think the part of episode 3 where all of the anti-villain women are like, "So, explain to me why we are stopping Fujino from psychically twisting off the gang rapists dick?" was way ahead of its time.

And like, Mikiya can't explain how the police could or would handle it better, just they should.
They also did a banger for the martial arts private investigator lawyer spinoff of Yakuza.

It would probably fit well with Gundam or Uma Musume too.

When I was a toddler, so very late 80s, I had a neighbor down the hall named David, who was dating a dude who was also named David. My parents just said they were married, even tho it wouldn't be legal for them to do so for antoher 25 years, and I never saw the need to question it at 3 or 4.
They would probably just use less discriminate weapons then. Remember, they don't buy precision weapons from us because they need them, but because they want them. You are talking about the people who invented the barrel bomb.
I kind of feel US-East-1 should come with a "Dangar" warning.
I get it, I have spoken before about living with Saudi roommates, and the inability to convince them of the fact that they were Saudi did not make them immune from consequences.

"Ahmed, you shouldn't drive drunk."
"It's cool, I don't hit anyone."
"You could get arrested."
"It's cool, I'm Saudi."

your tactic of protesting in an inflatable frog suit which gets normal people on your side is far inferior to my tactic of posting about laser blinding helicopter pilots which is both wildly illegal and, were it to succeed, would put basically *everyone* against me
