Q: New Yorkers love parades. You’ve all said you will be the mayor to all New Yorkers. Will you boycott any parades?

Sliwa: the duty of mayor to march in parades. I march in the Pulaski parade

Cuomo: I will march in every parade.

Mamdani: that’s a lot of parades I think I would be busy working

This is a solid start, but the DOE needs a major overhaul. Teachers in NYC get trained largely in CUNY schools. We learn best practices, and then are sent into the field where we are forced to abandon what we learn to conform to flawed, expensive curricula and nonsense AI edtech. It’s disheartening.
