An orangey pink rose with multiple layers of petals blooms against green foliage. This is Sweet Mademoiselle. Disease resistant, fragrant, but also a favorite of deer so I have to keep it "caged."

YES we are 🙂. We set off early Feb and after Singapore arrive in Auckland 10th Feb for 5 weeks in NZ/Aotearoa. It's all becoming real now, I have just applied for the NZeTA hopefully my passport photo hasn't scared the authorities too much 😂😂😂

Did u know?Since we've been making bee hotels,our diversity of solitary bees has increased 10-fold.This is a mud nesting brick for Hairy Footed Flower bees.Recipe:cricket pitch loam,sand,straw. It's hump day already still rather grey in Shropshire so here is some real garden zing! A deep burgundy dahlia that has fallen into the young growth of the choisya.

My late Mum was a treasure, picking up from school, helping when Alex had GP appointments, meals, trips out and endless love. Alex agrees that his Nana was amazing.
