This administration seems intent on censoring art that disagrees with its particular sense of entitlement. So, if you’re looking to support work that is directly opposed to that, my debut poetry collection is now available.

At least one new poem is getting the publication treatment soon. Several more may be on the horizon, as well.

A hot take if ever there was one. This makes me want to do a re-watch soon.

Also - heaven forbid we understand that accountability for things one says is necessary. One can so whatever they want, and convos between those of differing views is so essential (as you said), but when that speech is harmful to anyone, folks must be held accountable.

Clarification: I see clips from our summer camps and it’s just food fights, spraying each other with condiments, and eating gross things. But… it’s all wasted for “fun.” As someone who has spent nearly a decade in the non-profit world (esp poverty), it makes me nuts.

Having not grown up in church but being a Christian for the last 20 years, I am continually flabbergasted as to how much waste, whether funds or food or… cars?!… western culture tosses aside for the sake of youth ministry.

Breaking News: water is wet.

These people are deeply unserious about anything involving the bringing to light of their grotesque behavior, vile views, and seemingly disturbing ideations. This is, after all, the same person who admitted he’d lie to get stories out into the media.

Rojas never popped up on my managerial radar and I’d very much like it if Elias would stop messing around with this search. There are significantly more qualified managers at the ready, Mike. #Orioles

WE CAN’T PROGRAM THE SUN, my debut poetry collection, has a lot of work in it about AI, and what it would look like if we continued relying on AI to mold our tomorrows. Spoiler: it’s not good.

Go watch the film HER, then immediately stop using this trash for anything, work related or otherwise.

Mike Johnson claims to be a man of deep faith and conviction, but all he’s ever shown is a deep love of power and greed. Christians will be known by their fruit, so it should not come as a shock that this admin, who all claim Jesus, are as barren as barren can be.

Q: We've seen images out of Chicago of federal agents shooting faith leaders with pepper balls and arresting journalists. Where's the limit for you on what's acceptable conduct by federal agents?

MIKE JOHNSON: I've not seen them cross the line yet.

Right there with you. Lombard would be a choice I certainly wouldn’t mind as manager. O’s have options, so Elias betting be working overtime.

I’m just not sure they’d go with another rookie manager after Hyde (and Mansolino as interim). While I loved Flaherty and think he’d make a great manager at some point, I agree with Elias this round that the next manager needs to have experience in spades. Lots of names check that box as of now.

I’m a sucker for the Foo’s cover of “Darling Nikki.”

Shocked, but good on Schildt for taking care of himself. Not sure the Padres would take Melvin back after he left them for SF, but stranger things have happened.

Looks tremendous and extremely stressful.

Pumped. I only just heard about them reuniting last week, so I am over the moon.

I mean, I wish KB and Ben got more postseason work after their stint in the Wild Card series, all things being fair.

That being said, I think Raleigh was safe by a hair, but that’s because of a bad tag.

Cannot for the life of me figure out why teams keep sending runners home on infield hits. O’s did it a ton this season and it was just nonsense.

Pulling for a Mariners/Brewers World Series but will not be upset at all in Toronto reps the AL. #MLBsky

On board with this entire mindset (way more than the Goldschmidt option, etc.), as I think Contreras helps on so many levels and, duh, Sonny Gray. While I’d hate to lose Mayo so early, I’d rather him go than Westy/Adley/Gunnar/Henderson/Cowser, who I believe will thrive next season. #Orioles

It would probably never work but one interesting thing to try if St. Louis were willing to eat some salary and both players would waive their NTC to go to Baltimore would be to trade for Sonny Gray and Willson Contreras, then deal Mayo separately for another playoff-caliber starting pitcher.

Diane Keaton was always the brightest light in any film, and always someone that brought immense joy into my life any time I’d see her on screen. Witty, masterfully smart, and gifted in the art of subtlety - she was always, and will remain, simply the best.
