Ooh I will try and watch, I like Dr M and she’s from NSW!

She’s on here too

Truth
I always find it really amusing and a little worrying that people think that masking all the time is just some kind of fun little fetish and not a means of survival in this ongoing pandemic

"but theyre uncomfortable and i have sensory issues"

1 do you think i do this for fun
2 i don't care, you should be masking regardless, you're a whole ass adult, learn to regulate yourself in the face of an ongoing pandemic
I should say this to my sibling👆

I was sharing the impacts covid can have & they said “no, stop it I don’t want to think of it”
Frustrated, I blurted “You should! Bc otherwise you’re gonna keep getting sick!”

I was staying at their place 2 nights coz they live alone & had another vertigo attack
Feel like I’ve been saying this for quite a few years now 😑😵‍💫
Accuracy, just sayin’

It's explainers, op-eds, fact checks, pre-bunking, research and the blog, with plans for news features and investigative journalism as it grows. So it's not news, news, but what's going on behind and around the news, issues based, and what matters. And it's free. Hope to see you there x
Excited to be able to talk about this publicly now - The Point is now up and running and from Monday, you'll find my parliament blog on it 💃

I STILL wish for everyone to WFH
Why?

BECAUSE👏WE👏HAVEN’T👏IMPROVED👏AIR👏QUALITY👏

Don’t like masking? Improve the air quality🤷‍♀️

So true - as someone who has to physically show up to work most of the time, I wish you could all stay at home.

This is what “living with COVID” really means for too many families. Long COVID is not rare, and it’s devastating. We could’ve protected kids better — we still can.

Sending love and strength to every parent living this reality 💔

And the alternative wasn’t closing schools forever.

It was opening them more safely, and far more cautiously.
Time to prioritise YOU Dr B

“Fit your own oxygen mask before…” n all that

Also, all emotions are valid

I’ve not been around here much but YOU are valued and important and need care too

This is a big deal for several reasons:
1. Set up for the SCOTUS
2. The ruling is limited per the judge not believing they have power to go beyond the 5 institutions.
3. Jesus Christ, yall, my book might end up back on a shelf or two after being banned.
The Defense Department banned nearly 600 books from schools on military bases — but in a win for free speech, a federal judge just ordered those books back to the shelves.

Judge Patricia Tolliver Giles ordered Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and DoDEA Director Beth Schiavino-Narvaez to comply immediately.

The study found that in men who had a pre-infection sperm analysis, both sperm concentration and progressive motility significantly dropped one month after COVID infection. Recovery typically occurred within 3–5 months. However, some individuals had lingering reductions.

Flexible work boosts well-being and focus—people sleep more, commute less, eat better, and spend more time with family while maintaining results.
