You *can* push through burnout into let's call it afterburnout.
I uh, *really* wouldn't recommend it, because just like in jet afterburners, you're pouring basically your life straight into the fire for a temporary gain.

Believe old game devs when we tell you: burnout is real, it's painful. Be honest with yourself, take the breaks when you need them.
I've been burnt out for so long, I only just realized how long. I went from crunch at Iridium into crunch at Giant Squid with no break. About 3 years. It was too long.

I remember when I found out from a bunch of American friends on discord earlier this year that most of them *weren't* taught to read by starting with phonics, as I had.

I was like HOW???

To me, that's like being expected to learn maths without being taught to count.
