@saiyampathak.com will be speaking at #KubeConIndia alongside Arnab Chatterjee.

Their keynote dives into how a tenant failure brought down a multi-tenant Kubernetes cluster, and what changed to make the platform more resilient.

📍 Join us for the keynote at the event.

What if you could run 50+ Kubernetes environments, without 50+ control planes?

@saiyampathak.com breaks down the vCluster performance paradox:
• Infra cost savings
• No performance hit
• Syncer, rate limiting & networking explained

KubeCon India will be a sold out event and I am looking forward to meeting old friends and making new one.
Yes also the slides are ready for my Keynote that I will be giving with Arnab.
Let’s meet in the hallway

Also includes a demo of running ollama model in multi tenancy mode using gpus and vcluster combination!
how cool is that?

Kubernetes turns 11
First commit made June 6 2014. H awesome @h.olysh.it
And today I commit > The Kubernetes course(best ever till date created by me) will be launched 16th June 2025.
What a long way & a tech that changed the way applications are deployed.
Cheers to the coming years of innovation.
Questions about DevRel? I sat own with Ankur who is head of Google cloud global advocacy and talked all things devrel. Its a must watch for every DevRel out there or who aspires to be. Its also very good listen for startups who are wanting to hire. youtu.be/0F0mdyiTZOk?...

Kubernetes 1.33 is an awesome release with so many features
- In place vertical scaling
- user namespaces
- new stuff in DRA
- hpa tolerance
- ordered deletion
I wrote my thoughts on it covering some of the features and also demoing a couple of them using vCluster.

Some might disagree but DevRel/Dev advocates are highly technical people.
thats what its supposed to be
thats how it is at companies like google
podcast dropping next week on devadvocates/devrels at Google.
50k goal for my YouTube for 2025 - Its tough but I will keep pushing towards it.
depends on your network! Also depends how time you are willing to spend here. Issue is people want to move but they also dont want to scroll Blusky and be there on the platform. The more you are there, engage you will find it different. Or maybe not since this effort has to be done by MANY.
I would love to have access to the Microsoft SRE agent - happy to create a video on that too.
Who from microsoft can help me with that?

Need a venue sponsor to host a CNCF meetup in SFO for about 50 people.
Let me know if you have an office and would be able to host this meetup on 18th June, 6-8 pm.
Wrote a piece on Baremetal and Kubernetes, thoughts?
Still see a lot of teams running this stack:
Bare metal → VMs → Kubernetes

In 2025, it’s worth asking: is that still the best approach?

More are moving to:
Bare metal → Kubernetes → vClusters
Cleaner, faster, less overhead.

Wrote about the shift:
