This is maybe the clearest statement in all of the Constitution. Instead of contorting to resolve ambiguity through textualism and originalism based on 18th century writing, or hiding behind the shadow docket, this should be the standard for deciding .

It is a proud admission of murder. I remember he joked about a month ago: “I wouldn’t go fishing right now in that area of the world.” I don't know why the Navy does not refuse to follow this unlawful order to kill on suspicion but not proof and no immediate danger.
