It seems to mostly revolve around removing Soviet imagery from the game, but it sounds like in general they just aren't very good remasters and if you can get the originals you should just do that

I understand that pathing just also noticing it says medical insurance /first/ so perhaps foolishly holding out hope they think you have primary insurance that they can foist it off on and that not being the case changes things.
