Nice. I got some wood runners which were anchored badly before that have started warping and pulling away from the concrete slab. So thinking of using some of these to “snug” them up to the concrete slab again.

I should’ve said resiliency rather tan redundancy. I don’t only mean 3X your footprint. I mean systems that fail gracefully. Systems that fail partially. There’s a lot more to resilience systems than redundancy.

Yup. Chippy is useless. We’ve sen him at the helm before and it was nothing I want again. But then again, it’s still better than another 3 years of these current fckwits.
