Spent over £450 going to see sours these last few weeks, and its been utterly dreadful. Being told by the players that its partly my fault because i dont cheer enough after spurs fall behind and pass sideways for hours is their right. So i wont go anymore, they dont deserve it #spurs

Franks comments almost worry me as much as the gameplay. Maybe a maddison or Kulu would change things but i suspect they would also get sucked into whatever man on man nonsense frank has on his little board

He says he wants to renew and rebuild Britian but i cant think of one progressive policy that is renweing britian. I cant remember a single speech he said. He is far better than the tory/reform alternatives but he is so uninspiraing and now after 1 year just wants to be on overseas trips.

Also if there us a hint of Reeves being sacked or thinking about quitting the gilt and bond markets will move to a truss position and send UK economy into freefall. She is trusted by the markets and thats vital in the economic mess.

The Nelson series on @theresthistory.bsky.social is wonderful. Nelson the greatest british hero, brave, kind, vain, romantic, genius. The far right have no idea that on the base of nelsons coloumn there is a black figure ready with a gun to defend Nelson on his deathbed.

Also one that really pissed me off, rupert lowe having a go on twitter at the bank of england black future leaders programme. I work in the city and its utterly appalling the lack of people of colour from senior roles. The dial have moved fast from anti boats to ethinicity and family background

Part agree, but given Kev only came on due to emergency change it feels this was a main threat when it clearly was not factored in until 2 mins before kick off. Plus late in the game they really slowed momentum down as we waited for Kev to jog over and towel etc..

This is so well made Lee. I remember the events well. Peter Morrison looked mid 60s (not 40s) during her leadership campaign, was utterly useless. but i suppose proved she was arrogantly out of touch with her party and life? But shows how ruthless (or smart) the tory party was..

Its the lack of hope and faith in the future. I came to london in the mid 90s, areas like peckham, elephant, kidbrooke were full of poor estates and problems..now transformed to some of the great places to live in the UK. So many things are better, why cant they see any hope?

We need a strong sane tory party more than ever. I do feel at some point someone might look at the deep mess the tory party is in and find a lot of roads lead to Michael Gove. And start to untangle this bit by bit..

Its interesting how the tory party in 2005 pivoted away from hard eurosceptisim, embraced climate change solutions and ran a blair brown style campaing. If they want to win again they should look at how cameron did it and fous on the surrey voters, not clacton.

The damage this is doing already is being felt. Automotive in the UK is suffering, the big hope is EVs such as vans and cars will save the the industry. Business plans 7 years ahead so a large retailer might order 15000 vans for 2029 now. Kemi has just put this in doubt, utterly wreckless.
