It must be terrifying to encounter someone like that. Clearly he's a danger, even to a group of well-armed fellas (albeit poorly-trained), bristling with guns and offensive tools.

I'm sure that psychological assessment is spot-on. I don't think anything about his young life was normal, and whether he was born with a deficient prefrontal cortex or if it was learned behaviour, resulted in what we now have -- a sociopath in charge.
