Welcome to 2025 "Game a Week". This is something I started to keep sane during the pandemic and outside of a few month stop in 2023, has been going strong for five years now. The premise is the following: I pick one game each week (normally Monday) and try to complete them before the year end.

the voice acting thing is even more baffling when Pokemon New Snap had it. It not like they need to voice act everything, you can keep generics as mutes.

Week 43 - Pokemon ZA: I didn't get into the previous Legends entry but I am really enjoying ZA a lot so far. I love the real time combat change and I am so glad you can change your character look in this.

I noticed this when looking up Magic the Gathering, people will say a art is AI generated, which is super insulting to the artist. Especially when they had a history of working with the company for years and even has other work on their website.

Week 42 - Dragon Quest VIII: Finished DQ7 a few weeks ago (few days before the remaster was announced), and now I am finally going to start up Dragon Quest VIII. This is interesting since I have beat this version before, but it been years so it fun to revisit it. Bet a remaster gets announced now.
