If there's anything I hope young creatives take from David Lynch, it's to reject the modern IP-driven impulse to explicitly explain and cleanly categorize the logic behind every single event and decision inside and outside of a story at least some of the time.
Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me and Mulholland Drive was one my favorites of his filmography. I was watching The Grandmother yesterday which is David Lynch’s early short film before he went on to make Eraserhead but hearing about his passing just now it's really unfortunate
this is the art that I discover around 13 to 14 when I saw this, still it haunts me to this day. I think one of the visual artist who designed GLaDOS for Portal went through many iterations before the final design and this is what the design purpose might be intended for the creation of GLaDOS meant
the first fetish that I stumbled upon was a creepy video game myth which is a game called Portal shows a fan art depicting a woman I’m assumed its GLaDos being bound and gagged upside down. That’s where my first instance of discovering bondage, mummification and rubber latex fetishes came from later
this is so bizarre to look at but mine is just a normal fatty rice Nasi Lemak Pizza from Southeast Asia
I haven’t rewatched Innocence for a while since it’s 20th anniversary re-release this year and I can’t tell how deeply this film was at being a departure from 1995 Ghost In The Shell as a standalone sequel with a convoluted plot wise and the best anime dog goes to this film also youtu.be/Qp_R2eDKOTU

Watched Cure (1997). Very interesting. We all know about whodunnits but have you ever seen a whydunnit? Slow start and don’t expect a satisfying answer, but the atmosphere is excellently unnerving when it gets going.

I get the feeling Kiyoshi Kurosawa likes The Exorcist III.
can’t believe Michael Mann get to remake the same movie that he did as an intended tv pilot for NBC called L.A. Takedown 6 years before being reworked as Heat
what about Boards Of Canada and Squarepusher
what a bonker film that I watch last month during Halloween
