I've pre-warned him not to tell his Black phone friends they have to watch 'Us' immediately because they don't.
He might suggest watching it when the moment is right to understand all the stuff this film has to say. E.g. 3rd act is no longer a basic horror film. (also 2nd act is quite violent etc).

Absolutelt next in parenthood.
Don't worry. He & friends watched Black Phone 2 at the cinema last weekend.
But Peele's references & humour/context are way better. Social politics too.

That tedious trope of 'Kids today', inter-generational entropy, back in the day, Hell in a handcart inevitability is lazy shorthand for 'why do I bother?' & it works both ways.
Older adults need to be open, available & on.
Kids should be curious about experience & learn how to skip obstacles ahead.

I had the great privilege to spend four years of my working life in a beautifully renovated church designed by Alfred Waterhouse who used it to exemplify the principle of 'the golden mean' with a broad array of Victorian Gothic Revival detailing & ornamentation.

Vast majority of (legal) migrants are on at least their second country & have higher stakes mea ning they will not fail.

Yes, fair enough. (gloomy but).
Modern Danish for dark/drab is mørke which phonetically differs say from kirke (church, as in trad Scots also) so the ø vowel, which is more of an oo or ou sound, gets elsewhere anglicised to murk.
Not going to etymologise merkin in this gloom/dark context, for shade
