People should be kind of mad for the deferred contract stuff with Ohtani, but other than that they've built a ball club that lots of players want to play for in a good location. Yankees and Mets could learn a thing or two.

Dodgers combine big market spending with the best farm in baseball and the best international scouting and acquisition program. Kind of doing all the facets of the game very well.

The best chess players have a pretty strict exercise schedule, so if intelligence was related to genes it would be more things like cardiovascular health. It's also well known that air quality is related to cognitive performance, so it's probably a wash once you consider everything.
