I roast coffee at home. Got into a specific origin of coffee beans from a specific estate. Guatemalan Huehuetenango Finca Hermosa. It was $4.95 a pound for green coffee for years. It went to $7.95 a pound a month ago, and now it is "on sale" at the same place for $9.95. Thanks, Rump. Dumbass.

First thing I did when I retired IT was to migrate to Debian Linux back when it was creaky. Now, it just falls on a machine.

Video editing is flawless on many platforms, but I swear by Flowblade. Stills are edited and titled with GIMP for heavy lifting but 99% of titling is done in Inkscape

Sounds like a low moisture Mozz. I have seen the story of the pans and building the pizza up to the walls of the pan. When I moved to So Flo, the pizza here was crap. I was able to reverse engineer a sauce that is identical to my memories of a 1970s South Philly (Yo!) Sauce

Sorry for your loss of your good boy! Yes, they are amazing, when my 14 y/o had reliable hearing he understood what we were saying and would act like it. Blew our minds. Now it is "Selective" even if he's still going strong. They are not common at all here, our loss, I'd do it again immediately.
