I have no idea how I got a copy so much earlier than all my friends. It arrived from bookshop.org maybe a week or two ago? I love how you can pace your way through the recipes. I have a picky husband and 2 picky toddlers and every recipe has been a hit. I’ll definitely do a review!

Ah! You are on Bluesky! Then let me tell you we also love the pots de creme, the Pasadena chicken salad, the tuna steak with baby bok choy salad, the bison meatloaf, the cauliflower mash, the blueberry smoothie, and the coconut yogurt with blueberry compote. My picky family loves all of it!

I was like 5 hours into an emotional breakdown when i had my first bite of the strawberry pie from @rachelriggs.bsky.social cookbook In Good Health, and my goodness! I have never been so fully transported by a bite of food. What a bright, sunny dessert! The whole family is raving.

Wild coho Salmon is light in color like farmed too. The color of king, sockeye, coho... it always varies. And of course, lighting plays a huge role. Please be kind and don't make assumptions.
