Predictably the BBC haven't pointed out this decision is due to Reform's leadership in Durham County Council. A party which rejoices in ignorance and longs to destroy our arts and creative industry sector

This year's Durham Lumiere to be the city's last, organisers say
Since 2009 it has drawn more than 1.3 million visitors and made the local economy £43m.

I think it's genuinely this, like a woman could NEVER be silly
Its been 5 years and far too many people genuinely still think Nigella actually pronounces microwave like that? Baffling to me when it was so obviously her making a joke and saying something funny on purpose

If money was no object, support was there and time to do the job...would be still say there was too many diagnosed of disabled and neurodivergent kids?

We saying this about diabetes?
Or is it just the budget issue, cause cutting costs on the backs of disabled kids doesn't sound great guys.

And then even when there WERE accessible stations, the bloody lifts were out! It was genuinely quicker to walk across islington and camden than getting a fecking tube (bussed it a tiny bit but the bus drivers were shits too)
Just got back from my first time in London using a walker. I've always taken it for granted before because, although I used a cane I could usually do escalators, but it's absolutely DISGUSTING that just over a third of tube stations are step free in our fucking capital city.
I know these are about the ICE protesters who dressed as frogs but all I can think is
