Oh, brief update, my grandfather passed away today around noon. The grief is not as all consuming as it was yesterday, but it is heavy and quiet. I’ll be okay, just been making kandi to cope and try to put some good into the world.

As much as folks might not want to believe it, artists who sell their work cannot survive exclusively on platforms that cater to primarily other artists. The Circulating The Same Five Dollars™️ model can't feed us or pay bills for long. We need places where we can be seen and discovered.

And it’s queer inclusive, diverse, doesn’t have racist stereotypes or names, and tbh the character development makes more sense. I love it and I don’t feel bad about it. I reduced my harmful impact as much as I could and now I just rely on me for content since canon stuff feels out of character now

I loved the movies and books growing up, but when I saw how deeply flawed to the core they were I knew I couldn’t be out here defending them in any way. I’m autistic and the HP universe has always been my escape, but now I can escape to a better version that doesn’t monetarily support a terf.
