It's hard to argue when you're right. How about a compromise? Fuel cell for prototyping, and if things continue at their current trend, I can swap it out for a reactor when there is no longer an oversight to worry about.

I'm going to need to run some numbers. I'm going to say no to the reactor right away. I'm not jumping through all of the DoE hoops on nuclear safety again. But maybe a fuel cell can work to keep it quiet and vibration-free. I need to work out what the right drive system for this is.

The main driving forces are socioeconomic factors, which when properly addressed, pay huge dividends to municipalities investing in them.

But investing in social safety nets is hard work, and complaining about immigrants is free, so that's what a lot of politicians and media focus on.

Jobs and crime. Immigrants making either worse are complete lies, yet so many supposedly educated and left-leaning people believe that immigration is the root cause.

The statistics on both is pretty clear. We have more variation city-to-city than with anything correlated to immigration.

The ‘Transit’ gender clinic in Spain has a 3 WEEK waiting list! 😳😳😳

It covers a population of 8 million, (equivalent to the population of Scotland & Wales combined, or 1/7th of the population of England) It has a total of 43 staff, a majority of whom are part-time, working 6-7 hours per week!

In my 20s, I've drunk-written some code like that. Not at that scale, of course, but finding a few pages of code you sort of remember starting on, but not really the writing part, and then with great shock discovering that it compiles and works correctly is an experience.

Energy is pressure times volume, and at depths of a few kilometers, these energies start getting into ranges with considerable TNT equivalent. At the depth Titan imploded, it'd only take 3.5 gallons to equal an M67 grenade. It'd be weird if it wasn't burned.

A very significant portion of the Pacific Fleet sailors and officers are from LA and SD. If they get orders to shell cities, likely won't go how admin wants it to. I'd rather not find out, of course.
