Not fully-costed. Queensland Premier David Crisafulli has admitted his crime numbers are wrong. This was bound to happen. He's been using his own metric based on victims per capita. The next ABS crime release in September 2026 will show a full year of his government. #qldpol

Qld LNP's Jane McNamara was Flinders council mayor when CEO Hari Bopuddi was suspected of corrupt conduct. He resigned & she was not re-elected at council election 2024. She began working for his company & has now been put in charge of the Qld Reconstruction Authority. #qldpol

Most of Queensland's population has access to fluoridated drinking water; at least 70%. However, most of Qld's 77 councils do not add it. 5 councils don't need to fluoridate as it is already present in the water supply. #qldpol www.abc.net.au/news/2025-10...

Queensland Premier Anna Bligh began statewide water fluoridation in 2008. Tooth decay data from children was collected 2010-12. In 2012 Campbell Newman removed the state requirement. Data was collected 2021-24 & compared with the initial dataset. #qldpol www.abc.net.au/news/2025-10...

See above for background on this front page. Long story short; teen's initial sentence took into consideration time already detained. On appeal he received 9 months & a conviction recorded. He is also on separate charges stemming from an unrelated incident. #qldpol
