Conspiracy tinfoil hat being put on here, but it FEELS like they're doing this to garner more adrev only, by 'counting' folks when ads are present.

I HOPE its not the case and whatever tomfuckery is afoot IS solved soon. It's frustrating.

This really sucks because the average viewers I've been 'getting' is close to 55/60 and I'm hoping maybe, MAYBE, to hit Partner by the end of the year? That'd be so cool? But if Twitch is purposely hindering viewcounts for 'viewbotting' that feels like a detriment to folks like myself...

I feel like it's only fair to rant about this; but the Twitch 'lurking issue' is kind of bullshit, especially for folks who are close to hitting Partner.

I didn't screenshot the first two times I noticed it, but close to end of stream, before ads I was at 47 avg... at ads, 71.

It's... frustrating.
