Belgium won a real ugly game against Wales and is now almost sure of World Cup qualification. Both defenders that fucked up and conceded a goal also scored one. A real redemption story in an otherwise very underwhelming performance with two gifted penalties.

I like how the back of the box of the Rhytmpad just tells you to go ham. I can imagine that these things ended up breaking a bunch because of it.

More from very specific dedicated peripherals, here's a Japanese magazine advertisement promoting the Rhytmpad for the first Paca Paca Passion. And it's only €25 extra. That would be unheard of today. It's like DDR but for your hands. The buttons are technically just PlayStation buttons.

Krafton also started bringing back Russian organizations like Virtus Pro to PUBG, which was one of the teams banned at the start of the war. It really is an empty gesture at this point. The only competition they're not in is the Nations Cup, which Ukraine is also inexplicably banned from.

I forgot that PUBG tournament started today. Oops. For the first time, they have flags for every team, wish leads to an awkward point. Krafton "banned" Russia at the start of the war, but lets Russian teams still play, as they're some of the best in the world. So they fly the CIS flag instead...

Done. Well that was easy. Sort of. I'm sure I'll brick my playthrough two steps from now, but that's one success story that will have to do for now.

I've restarted Outward and now I'm only 23 silver away from my initial goal, by thieving the entire town clean and selling the goods back to them. I'm sure this isn't the intended way of playing, but I feel a lot more optimistic about scrounging 23 silver than I was before.
