OK I'm going to try and understand the covid vaccine process in Alberta as I currently understand it. Pharmacies will not be able to give out vaccines, as per the gov't. But pharmacies are currently taking orders for all comers and giving them today.

It needs to be recognized and internalized - Albertans take their very first and very last breaths in our hospitals.

Wow... not only are we paying more for these for-profit chartered facilities, they're only taking the low-risk cases.

Also, this is the complete opposite of what Danielle Smith stated in that most recent presser.

Can she ever tell the truth?

Price comparisons of surgeries done at private facilities vs AHS costs, courtesy of the new documents obtained by the Globe and Mail.

Given what has been going on within the public health care system, especially the ongoing closures in rural Alberta, this data is horrifying.
