⚠️ CW: Dysphoria

I finished my 3rd book of the month, “How to understand your gender: A practical guide for exploring who you are.” And I must say…I am moved. I feel seen. For years I’ve been dysphoric and confused about my gender but this book helped me a lot through that. It was incredible.

I have been working on this so hard lately.

Reading self help books, being kinder to myself, learning when to take breaks and think clearly and unmask in places I used to mask in.

It’s hard living so different but it’s worth it. It’s a struggle but it’s worth it
