Profound. You ought to go into business making fortune cookies.
As a photographer I prefer grass fields because you see players covered with grass stains and mud and you see flying clumps of turf; it's more photogenic. But with artificial turf you could also hold regular high school games in Acrisure Stadium and get more use out of the place.
@dicknixon.bsky.social sir: According The Atlantic, when you imposed tariffs in 1971, you had the common sense to exempt coffee unlike the current administration. And considering it's impossible to grow that much coffee domestically, it's a very stupid tariff.

Coffee has almost no nutritional value and lots of substitutes. It’s also, apparently, too important to lose.

I think a great landing spot for Belichick would be Penn State.

You are exactly right that Mamdani's is a strictly NYC phenomena. In just about anywhere else, being an admitted Socialist is a kiss of death, even though most people don't really understand the ideology.
The show is now available on YouTube. Awesome.

Bruce played the recording of “Born to Run” on Philadelphia’s WMMR in November 1974, its radio debut. 50 years ago this week, the song that still ties it all together cracked the Billboard Top 40 at No. 30, a watershed moment as Bruce’s music reached a national audience for the first time.

The WSJ is an excellent newspaper if you only don't pay too much attention to the Opinion page.
As a photographer I hate this because of all the clutter that will appear on uniforms. On the other hand, some of this money will flow to the photo and band budgets. I just hope Pitt signs with Sheetz.
"Inside the NBA" is the only sports talking heads show that I watch. Love the chemistry between the crew.
Here is when Inside The NBA will be on during the NBA regular season.
ESPN ranks Pitt's 1976 team as the 10th most unlikely National Champion. I would have ranked that Pitt team higher due to dismal records in the late '60s and early '70s. The Panthers were 1-9 from 1966-68 and 1-10 in 1972, the year before the arrival of Johnny Majors.

OU's 2000 title team came out of nowhere to win it all. Honoring their 25th anniversary, we look at other surprising champs.

I heard that instead of being buried, he was going to be smoked and thinly sliced.
Excellent article about Heintschel and how he arrived at Pitt. Was generally overlooked by other P4 schools and once Pitt offered he remained loyal to the Panthers.
Who is Mason Heintschel? I went back to his roots in Ohio to learn more about Pitt’s new starting quarterback and his backstory.
