If TVTropes dies, I hope we can get back to calling some things tropes, others themes, archetypes, characterization, stylistic touches, clichés, etc.

The second worst thing the site did was stretching the perfectly useful word "trope" all out of shape.

In the wake of Dreamwave Founder Pat Lee (who left numerous freelancers unpaid while holding the Transformers license and passed other artists' work off as his own) re-emerging, and being welcomed back into the fold by Hasbro to "provide" package art, it's great to see inspiration hasn't left him.

Any of the ones with actual rubber (or rubber-y) tires roll especially well.

Unfortunately, most of those seem to be third party toys (my Iron Factory Mirage has crazy smooth rolling action), mostly because that sort of plastic degrades and gets sticky over time.
