One of my favorite things in horror in recent years is recovering addicts as protagonists - like a worthy opponent for the horrors, because they've already survived some shit, unlike the doe-eyed babysitter who mostly just got lucky not to run into the killer earlier in the night

I am worried. A dog escaped last night and I realize now it’s because they knew kitty was out there. Fortunately cat has lots of hiding spots.

Umm, that’s an option, tho I like to cuddle my animals. This is a recent photo of my bed. I’m one of those people. 😆 But I’ll definitely foster kitty for now and try to figure something out. My dogs were dumps too so they should have more compassion.
