He is aided by a group of officials that find him and his ship floating off the coast of their lands, waving him in to help him.
His trek to what is modern day Malaysia and Indonesia has gone awry…
Now, he is told, he finds himself in the hallowed lands… of China…

And here, though he does not yet know it, he will change the path of history.
