A quick Google search yesterday suggested that A Level English equivalent was actually C1 which is probably why the clarification today

In the U.K. we had a ‘Marching for’ sticker/label for people who couldn’t go to the anti-Brexit marches in London. Get one of your friends to carry a sign/label/sticker saying someone is marching for you.

That’s equivalent to C1 Level or an IELTS at 7-7.5. I’m in Switzerland and for citizenship it’s only at B1. That is a crazily high level for new workers.

I left because it was clear Twitter was deliberately rage baiting my feed. The algorithm decided that what they wanted me to see was bigots and racists. It became the equivalent of some guy in the pub purposely provoking a fight and then constantly egging me on to hit him

Just got back from a week in Croatia 🇭🇷 and the difference from 8 years ago when we last went is striking. Fewer damaged and abandoned buildings far better infrastructure. Nice new clean motorways. Croatia is an excellent example of the success of being an EU member

Didn’t BBC QT before the election change the audience composition to reflect the seat make up of the commons. I’m guessing they’ve changed that already

The problem with this logic is he was still given prominence when he was not polling highly. Also if it is done on the basis of polling then in the past Lib Dem’s should have also been given equal prominence.

U.K. does postal voting. I voted by post in the last two U.K. General Elections. I live in Switzerland which has one of the highest voting done by post in the world.
