The senate has been working, so this is not about the shutdown.

Initially the ACA/Obamacare worked for those of us who didn’t have insurance. Obama was no longer president.Trump wanted to destroy the ACA as much as he hated Obama. Trump made back room deals with doctors, pharmaceutical companies and insurance companies. They broke our insurance companies.
