This is true. When I was small my great grandmother ran a guesthouse in Torquay and I used to love mopping up the uneaten slices of cold toast when the racks came back to the kitchen ❤️👍

Toast is better cold than hot. Especially true with butter and jam so they both sit nicely on the surface instead of melting and making the toast soggy. I've even started putting mine in the fridge for a few minutes from the toaster.

I am thank you. I’ve managed to sort out quite a lot and I’m generally feeling quite positive about the future and my ability to face it. Early days though, and some are better than others…

Well, that was quite an afternoon - watching the Meat Loaf tribute band we both loved performing in the local pub.

I was ok until they did ‘Heaven Can Wait’… 😢 and then when they dedicated it all to him.. 😭

I will be there with my friend & at some point wearing some costumes we have been working on for months (you won’t miss us!! 🤪)
I’d love to catch up with you all in person & although sympathy is great, I’d like it to be a happy time 🙂
