It's not a gotcha. I'm a person on the internet who does not know you. I was curious as to what your stance was because you seemed to focus on the vulnerable US citizens affected vs vulnerable people elsewhere.
As far as I know you could be some kind of US chauvinist. I'm glad that's not the case.

Of course outcomes matter, unfortunately Harris and the Dems failed to reach the outcome they desired, causing significant loss to the US.

This is what politics are. Name one politician that has not used deception, then we can talk. But they all do. From overpromising to lying about their values and changing language to appease certain groups.

Additionally, for the first time in 20 years Dems lost the Popular Vote. It would've been 28 if 2004 Bush wasn't highly boosted post 9/11.
You can't possibly blame this on a dedicated anti-genocide group. If you do, you're saying she should've conceded to their points. Else, she ran a bad campaign.

Are the rights and life of vulnerable Americans more valuable that the rights and life of a vulnerable foreigners?
I'll go further and say: You can simply lie in politics. You can say "I will not vote!" and then vote anyways. The pressure is what matters. You don't want politicians feeling safe.
