Been watching “Monster: the Ed Gein Story” on Netflix. It isn’t a doc, but the acting is amazing. It’s genuinely freaky and I don’t know whether l’ll be able to get through it (8 episodes).

Yeah definitely. I’m not a fan of horror/slasher movies (but I love true crime docs, crime scene photos don’t bother me, etc.) But Chigurh is extremely unsettling without being particularly bloody.
