There is this delusion that Maria Steen is this widely embraced public figure, when in reality she is a fringe candidate whose polling was no stronger than McGregor's, and whose views on social issues are massively at odds with most of Irish society.

Society will die because of civility. As long as you are polite and behave (looks to America the last 2 weeks), you'll be OK. And while we are all busy being polite, they will destroy everything. This woman looks good, seems polite, and is smart. And, that's a worry.
