And, of course, the last game of the day was Captain Flip because I love Captain Flip! I hope everyone I played with had as much fun as me. I always try to be a good "hobby ambassador" at those events, inviting people to join when a spot is available.

Next up, we played Hot Streak, which was just as ridiculous as I had hoped. Amazing table presence and just laugh out loud ridiculous. Then the couple I had sat down with said they had wanted to play Ticket to Ride for the first time, we we played that...I understand the scoring better now!

We played co-op Nemesis since 2 of the people had never played before. The game was nice to us and we actually won it within the hour of playtime!

Went to my FLGS for the "Board Game Social" event today and it says a lot that I only took one photo the whole 5 hours I was there - I walked in the room, found someone with Nemesis set up, coerced 2 other people to join us and then just kept on going!

I don't know how a large review outlet that purports to take itself seriously can release a video "I don't care about your indie game". It's one thing to be realistic about what you can cover but this is just deeply incurious and unnecessarily cruel.
