A personal update. I feel like I still don’t get to utilize Ohio Uniforms on Bluesky enough, but my content may remain bare minimum for a time as I focus on school—I’ll still try to get basic uniform stats out when football combos are released, and will definitely prioritize uni results after games!

It’ll be GWW for the second time this season for tomorrow’s noon tilt in Muncie, but for the first time in 2025 with the white face mask helmet variation! GWW, though with the green face mask in its appearance vs. OSU, is currently 0-1.

GBB makes its 2025 debut as we open up MAC play, and Ohio will have worn 5 different combos in their first 5 games for the first time ever!

GBB went 2-0 in 2024 and is 5-2 all time.

I almost forgot the helmet variation details! Of GGW’s seven “modern” appearances, three of those featured the white face mask and standard white Arch OHIO decal helmet variation (none in 2024) that we’ll also see this afternoon.

It’ll be GWW up in Columbus tomorrow! The 2025 debut for green helmets also marks the first time we’ve worn green helmets against OSU.

Ohio went 2-2 in the GWW combo in 2024, 0-1 with this helmet variation (green face mask and standard Arch OHIO decal).

Ohio is currently 0-7* against OSU all-time, with all previous meetings played in Columbus. While I can't pin down what we wore in the 1899-1902 matchups, we wore WWG in 1999 and WWW in both 2008 and 2010 (pictured). A similar look is likely this weekend!

OU is fine shorthand, but we’re Ohio. We went to Ohio, we cheer for Ohio, we are Ohio. Get comfy calling us Ohio!

Their name requires “State.” Don’t let them steal “Ohio.”
