As 250 maiores músicas do século XXI, segundo a revista Rolling Stones; veja ranking
Na última semana, a revista Rolling Stones lançou um ranking com as 250 maiores músicas do século XXI até agora. A lista "é uma mistura diversificada de diferentes estilos, diferentes batidas, diferentes vozes", aponta a publicação.
Segundo os responsáveis pela categoria, algumas das obras contempladas "são hits universalmente amados", enquanto "outras são clássicos de culto influentes". O objetivo é "capturar toda a glória caótica da música do século XXI, uma canção por vez".
No top 10, alguns dos maiores nomes da indústria musical da atualidade estão presentes, como Beyoncé, Taylor Swift e Kendrick Lamar. De acordo com a Rolling Stones, houve diversas discussões durante a elaboração do ranking e evitou-se repetir obras do mesmo artista.
No primeiro lugar, ficou “Get Ur Freak On”, de Missy Elliott, lançada em 2001.
